At Label Om Creation, we adhere to a stringent quality check process to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products. Each item is made to order, which means products purchased on our website are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or have manufacturing defects.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Communicate any defects or damages to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours will not qualify for a return unless explicitly covered by the product warranty, even in cases of incorrect delivery. GulabiIndia holds sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
Exchanges: Your purchase is eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:
- An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the ordered size.
- The product received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
If your purchase meets our exchange criteria, please contact our care team within 2 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return (include an image of the defective or incorrect product)
Products purchased with a discount code are not exchangeable or returnable. If there’s a genuine defect, it can only be exchanged.
You may contact us via email at contactus@labelomcreation.com from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond within 48 working hours. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and with the original tags intact. Note that international orders are not eligible for returns. If the product ordered is eligible for exchange but not available, we will provide a refund.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify, revoke, or terminate any discount code at our sole discretion without prior notice. This includes the right to amend this policy at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically for updates and changes.
